Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Revoran, operated by [Legal entity name, organization number, and registered address — add before publishing] ("Revoran", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Revoran on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Description of service

Revoran is AI-powered Google review management software for local businesses: syncing reviews from your Google Business Profile, drafting AI reply suggestions, optionally auto-posting replies, tracking competitors, providing analytics, and an embeddable chat widget for your own website. Available features depend on your subscription plan.

3. Your account and Google connection

You need a Google account with access to a Google Business Profile to use most features. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Connecting your Google Business Profile grants Revoran permission, on your behalf, to read your reviews and Q&A and to post replies you approve (or, if you enable auto-reply, replies our AI generates). You can disconnect this access at any time from Settings or from your Google Account permissions.

4. AI-generated content

Reply suggestions, sentiment analysis, and chat-widget answers are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, out of context, or inappropriate for your business. You're responsible for reviewing AI-drafted replies before they're posted publicly under your business's name. If you enable auto-reply mode, replies are posted to Google without your review; we apply automated checks (length, contact-info, and inappropriate-content filters) before any reply is auto-posted, but these checks are not a substitute for human review, and Revoran is not liable for the content of AI-generated replies posted through the service.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't issue refunds for partial periods. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; continued use after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to circumvent the service's security or rate limits; use the AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or spammy; reverse engineer or scrape the service beyond your own account's data; or use your embed widget key in a way that abuses another party's systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Third-party platforms

Revoran integrates with Google Business Profile and other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, and you're responsible for complying with them (including Google's review-reply and Business Profile guidelines). Revoran is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

8. Intellectual property

Revoran and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of the content you provide (e.g. your knowledge base entries and brand voice settings) and of your reviews and business data, which you're granting us a license to process solely to provide the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Revoran and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or if required by law. On termination, your access to the dashboard ends; see our Privacy Policy for how long we retain data afterward.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Revoran is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for every situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revoran is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or reputational harm, arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction — confirm, e.g. Norway], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, we'll notify you directly. Continued use of Revoran after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
